By know you may be wondering if they are not using duct seal what are they using? Our silent pellet traps contain 1,000’s of cylindrical rubber slugs that are randomly sized 1/8th x ½ to 3/8th x ½.They are punched from new/OEM conveyor belting and rubber sheeting.

Cleaning:

Periodic cleaning is needed for pellet reclamation and checking the slug degradation due to the impact over time of the pellets. Recommenced cleaning cycles are 2500 to 3500 rounds in 25 cal, 4000 to 6000 in .177 .20 and .22 caliber if shooting thru the same holes if playing the 80’s game. The changing of the pellet trap faces should be done when you have the cylindrical slugs falling out or the face is sticking out 1 inch in front of the trap. This is a very good indication you need to empty the trap of spent lead.
